- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.

Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST - Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 7am AEST.

"This baby gate is perfect for our hallway. The reason we love this gate is because it can stay open, but then if we are wanting to block access to our front door when someone arrives, it’s easy to block off. It was super quick to install and ties a nicely with our home. It also swings in both directions so we have positioned it so it blocks off access to another part of the house as well. A great quality product!"

"Very happy with this gate. The performance is generally smooth and it feels very sturdy. Definitely not worried about my toddler pushing through it. I also like that it comes with good installation instructions, and even templates. That made it feel like we were getting good quality for our money. The lift to get the gate open and closed is a bit finicky and not very smooth, but that doesn’t detract from the safety, just ease of use."

"Product is great for a stair gate as it doesn't have a step like other gate that can cause a tripping hazard. Highly recommend, take your time installing as you want to make sure everything is level to get best out of it. Only thing that would make this product perfect would be having metal hinges on the swing side. Haven't had issues yet but can see this being a weak point. Overall great product."

"The latch is superior to other baby gates I have used. Installation was pretty straight forward. The gate is quite sturdy so needs a solid wall to mount the hinges to. The smaller version swings more easily but other it's a good unit."
