✅ HOW WE SHIP + SUPPORT

• We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas via Sendle or Australia Post with tracking numbers. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers are accepted.
  
  
• We don't ship to any post office addresses.
  
• Orders are processed & dispatched at 8am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 8am will be dispatched the next business day.
  
  
• After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

CLICK & COLLECT

📍 All Click & Collect orders are free to pick up at our Brisbane warehouse in Berrinba, QLD 4117.

• We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.
• Pickup hours are Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM & Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM
  
  
• Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
• For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 9am.
