- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided via Sendle or Australia Post to street addresses, Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes.
- We don't ship to any items to post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

All Click & Collect orders are free to pick up the next business day at our Brisbane warehouse in Berrinba, QLD 4117.
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.
- Pickup hours:
Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEST
Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST - Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 7am AEST.
Upon arrival, please follow these instructions:
- Have your order confirmation email & ID ready
- Ring the bell at reception to collect your order
