- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST - Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 7am AEST.

"Good quality product with an easy install thanks to the paper templates. The floating design is nice to prevent trips etc. Latching can be a bit janky at times and the button we received may be faulty as it needs a bit of force to work. This may be an alignment issue but it's the best I could get it. Overall, we're happy with the product and would recommend it as a good looking budget option."

Amazing swing gate! Absolutely perfect
"Amazing swing gate! Absolutely perfect for our situation, we have been through so many different styles of baby gates - one of them resulting in a broken shoulder after tripping on the bottom lip. This gate is much safer and so easy to open and close at the bottom of our stairs. We also love that we could stain it to make it feel more integrated into our home. We’ve had it installed for about four months now and have had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend this product."

"Such a good product that we ended up purchasing 2 for different locations in our home, great that you can stain them or paint them any colour. Super safe and we’ve had them installed for months now with no issues at all. Love how easy they are to open and close."

"Definitely doesnt glide and latch as smooth as the videos. The latches are sticky and a bit of a pain to be honest. A bit disappointed in my purchase"
