- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

All Click & Collect orders are free to pick up the next business day at our Brisbane warehouse in Berrinba, QLD 4117.
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.

Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST - Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 7am AEST.

Great indoor gate
"The two extra wide panels and a gate panel have been used on and off over the last three to four years. When I last removed the gate I also took the wall mounts off thinking I would not need the gate again. Well, need the gate again (for a friend) but have misplace the mounts. Was lucky you had spare parts to buy for this gate. Only drawback is I could not swap over the wall mounts to adjustable mounts, but their landlord has agreed they can use wall mounts."
