- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

All Click & Collect orders are free to pick up the next business day at our Brisbane warehouse in Berrinba, QLD 4117.
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.

Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEST
Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST - Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 7am AEST.

Good but tricky to handle with one hand
"The quality is great and it is easy enough to install. I like that it comes with the wall spacers too. But the spring is not always engaged, you have to hold the switch & to engage the spring, which means that you need two hands when opening and closing it. Compared to fixed frame gates it is clumsy to use, but if you don't want a frame it is a good option."

"broke the wall mount the first day it was up and had to order replacement mounts. My 85 year old Dad could not see the gate and fell through it, breaking the wall mount. other wise I am happy with it as it was the only gate i could find to span a large doorway opening to keep my toddler grandson in one room."
