"This baby nail buffer works really well. It buffs gently, just as described, and the design is comfortable to hold. The only downside is that the colour-coding on the sticker for age ranges isn’t very accurate, but that’s a small issue compared to all the positives. "Cutting a baby's nails isnt fun at the best of times. It can be nerve wracking but this buffer makes it much less stressful. It uses rotating filing heads that are gentle enough that you won't hurt their skin if you slip. There are three different speeds, so you can start slow until the baby gets used to the vibration. It comes with five different heads for different ages, from newborns up to toddlers. The built in light is actually helpful too. It charges via USB C. The motor is quiet enough that it doesn't startle them or wake them up and it all fits into a small travel case which keeps everything together. Overall, it's a much safer alternative to using traditional clippers and its easier on your nerves too. 4/5"

"Upon investigation PERMA is Designed in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and a Family-owned business since 1969! This Perma Electric Baby Nail Buffer is perfect for bubs or those that need a little help with their nails. My 80+ year old mum has used this tool as well as our grandbaby. The gentle filing heads are great to swap in /out and cleaning is a breeze. The appliance is very quiet so amazing for using on babies, even while sleeping. The 3 adjustable speeds let you be in total control through-out. Holding bub and the buffer is always a balancing act but I will say the size and weight of this tool makes it easy to grasp and control. With colour coded heads its easy to tell at a quick glance which one to grab and use. The on/off pad is durable. USBC recharging is wonderful. NO batteries adding weight. No cables to negotiate (only when charging of course!). The storage case keeps everything safe and ready to use quickly."

"It's going to take a little while to get used to using an electric nail buffer/file. But it works well, I love the storage case and the detailed instructions it comes with, as well as the many different heads for different grittiness level. I am not using it with a baby at this point, so I can't speak to that, but with kids and adults, the different settings are great. Be warned that kids with sensory issues might still really balk at this, since it is a bit of a weird sensation, but overall, I'm really happy with it."
